The Helping Hands Fund is made possible by generous donations from HRMC employees and is used in a variety of ways to support staff. In addition to scholarships, the fund assists employees facing unexpected personal crises, supports morale-boosting employee events, and helps purchase equipment and furnishings to enhance the experience for both staff and patients.
New this year, the Helping Hands Fund also supported the inception of the Reach out and Read program at HRMC clinics. Through this program, children up to five years old receive a free book at each well-child visit, promoting literacy and family bonding.
The HRMC Foundation is committed to a Healthy Huron and to ensuring high-quality health care is always available close to home for you, your family and your friends.
